Yeah, I'm not saying there aren't wealthy black neighborhoods (I used to live on the border of Kenwood in Chicago); I'm just saying that statistically, saying that black and white people are equally profiled when outside their ..... What I mean by this last point is that maybe blacks, at 20% of the population, commit 40% of the crimes BUT only 10% of blacks are criminals (numbers are illustrative). .....
