Default Re: A/C Stumper. Cheapest and easiest fix if you're just replacing parts... a/c clutch relay. Part number is probably 90987-02028. It's a pretty common problem although I haven't seen it happen on Tundras very often.

... compressor kicks on then you know that's your problem. Those relay's are 90 bucks at the dealer. I believe the TSB for the old relay was part number 90987-02022 and the new number 90987-02028. It's a little brown relay.
