All new uTorrent versions seem to just have gimmicky bs in them now and ... I have seemingly fixed this problem for 3.1.2. ... P.P.S. When the file is finally downloaded, "flushing to disk" takes .... I restarted uTorrent, and noticed the 3 torrents I had been downloaded were now stuck being checked, at 0.0%.
